Easter Sunday

As we're a Catholic family, Easter is pretty much as big as Christmas in our house. This means lots of fun, alcohol and good food (see the picture of our Easter Sunday beef and my rather delicious chocolate cheesecake)

We invited my Auntie and Uncle over with their 3 children, and also had my grandmother over.
The day started with church (obviously, we ARE Catholic) so we got all dressed up for that (see my Easter Sunday outfit here)
Then the fun began...

EASTER EGG HUNTS!
The children had a brilliant time, especially Louis.
Here are some pictures of what he got up to...

Trying REEEEEEEALLY hard to find those eggs!

And us young adults had some fun too!

After we'd finished messing around in the garden, it was time for our Easter feast!
Unfortunately, I demolished it too fast to get any pictures of it.
I did, however, get a photo of two chocolate covered monkeys when it came to dessert!

And then I got even more of my favourite monkey

When everyone was full, it was play time again for the little ones, and wine time for mums/dads/aunties/uncles!

I've had such a lovely day, definitely my favourite Easter Sunday to date. I think having a 5 year old made it so much better.

Here's a picture of my little angel to finish!
